Support

If you subscribed on the website: open Studio, then Plan and billing, then Manage billing. If you subscribed in the iPhone app: open the Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Sunset Strip. Either way you keep Pro until the end of the month you paid for.

Sign in with the same account you paid with. A payment can take up to a minute to reach us. On iPhone, tap Restore purchase on the You tab. If it still says Free, email privacy@sunsetstrip.app with the email address from your receipt.

Sign in to the app with the same account, then tap Restore purchase on the You tab or on the Studio Pro screen. Use the same Apple ID you subscribed with.

For subscriptions bought on the website, email privacy@sunsetstrip.app within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund of that payment. Subscriptions bought in the iPhone app are billed by Apple, so ask Apple for a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.

In the iPhone app, go to You, then Delete account. Or email privacy@sunsetstrip.app from the address on your account. Deleting removes your profile, clips, votes and shorts.

Open Studio, then Settings, then Your Twitch channel. Connecting lets Clip Autopilot clip your streams. Disconnecting revokes our access and deletes the shorts we made for you.

GTA 6 unlocks on 19 November 2026. Until then nobody can stream it, so the streaming tools use GTA 5 and GTA Online streams on Twitch, and say so. GTA 6 data starts at unlock.

Open the clip and tap Report. Clips reported by several players are hidden for review. To report anything else, email privacy@sunsetstrip.app.
